Substitution Policy
We do not substitute flowers. On the rare occasion the type, color, and quality of teahouse (hybrid tea) roses needed to meet our design standards are unavailable, we will arrange a replacement selection or a full refund.
Delivery Policy
We offer free delivery to the Phoenix metropolitan area.
Refund Policy
If an arrangement falls short of expectations, please connect with us within forty-eight hours for a prompt replacement or courtesy refund.
Refunds are processed immediately, please allow five to ten business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Subscriptions may be cancelled, paused, or modified at any time.
